Montana Revocation Power of Attorney Form | |
The Montana revocation power of attorney form is a document that will allow a Principal to revoke a powers document that had been completed previously. Complete and deliver this document to the Agent, to provide notice of revocation.
This document must be witnessed by a Notary Public.
How to Write
Step 1 – The Parties – Enter:
- The name of the Principal
- The name of the Agent to whom the document will be delivered
- The date that the powers document was completed in dd/mm/yyyy format
Step 2 – Signature –
- Submit the Principal’s signature
Step 3 – Notary Acknowledgement –
Once the Notary has witnessed the signature, the notary will complete the remaining portion of the document, in acknowledgement
