The Nebraska vehicle power of attorney form is a document that will provide powers to an elected Agent to assist in transfer of ownership or making of application for title and registration of a vehicle or vessel.
This document will invalidate any other vehicle powers document unless otherwise stated in writing by the Principal. This document must be signed before a Notary.
How to Write
Step 1 – Vehicle/Vessel Information – Enter the following:
- Year
- Make
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- and/or
- Hull Identification Number (HIN)
Step 2 – Owner(s) Information – Provide:
- Owner(s) Printed Names
- Ower(s) Signatures
- Date of Signature(s) in mm/dd/yyyy format
Step 3 – Notarization –
- Once the Notary has witnessed the owner(s) signature(s) they will enter the remaining required information to acknowledge the legitimacy of the document. The Notary must affix an official seal
