New Jersey Limited (Special) Power of Attorney Form | |
The New Jersey limited (special) power of attorney form is used to transfer authority and/or responsibility from one person to another. The individual nominated to receive authority is known as the “Agent”; an Agent will act on behalf of the Principal and perform tasks specific to those detailed within the limited (special) power of attorney form (e.g. receiving mail, managing property, collecting debts).
