Free Alaska Power of Attorney Forms | 9 Types

Alaska power of attorney, as described in Title 13, Chapter 26 (Protection of Persons Under Disability and Their Property; Powers of Attorney), allows a person known to the Principal called an Attorney In Fact or Agent, to perform limited or broad acts, depending upon the needs of the Principal, usually with regard to financial or medical decisions.

However, there are other needs that may require these legal documents, such as the temporary care of minor children, taxes, vehicles, or other limited needs.
