Nebraska Revocation Power of Attorney Form | |
The Nebraska revocation power of attorney form is a document that allows a Principal to revoke any powers document that had been previously completed. Complete the revocation, notarize and deliver the document to the Agent, which will provide notice to the Agent that there service is no longer required an that their powers have been terminated.
This document must be witnessed by a licensed Notary
How to Write
Step 1 – The Parties –
- Submit the name of the Principal
- Provide the name of the Agent
- Enter date that the powers document was initially completed in dd/mm/yyyy format
Step 2 – Signature –
- Enter the Principal’s signature
Step 3 – Notary Acknowledgement –
Once the Notary has witnessed the completion and signature of the document, the notary will complete the remaining portion, in acknowledgement as required by the state
