New Hampshire Vehicle Power of Attorney Form | |
The New Hampshire vehicle power of attorney form is a document that is used by a Principal or owner to grant temporary powers to another person (Agent) to serve as Attorney In Fact for the purpose of acting on behalf of the owners of a vehicle to apply for certificate of title/registration. The Principals must complete the document before a notary. This document will not be in effect until the document has been properly notarized.
How to Write
Step 1 – The Parties –
- Date the date of preparation of the document in mm/dd/yyyy format
- Enter the name(s) of the Principal(s)
- AND
- Submit the name of the selected Agent
Step 2 – Vehicle Information – Enter:
- The Year
- Make
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
Step 3 – Signatures – Must be entered before a Notary Public:
- Enter the Printed name(s) of the Owner(s)
- Submit the Owner(s) Signatures(s) as they appear on the title of the vehicle
- Date the signature(s) in mm/dd/yyyy format
- Provide the Address
- City, State and Zip Code
- Enter the Principal(s) telephone number(s)
Step 4 – Notarization –
- After the the Principal(s) have completed the document and provided signature(s) before the Notary Public, the Notary will then provide all of the Notary’s information necessary to provide state required acknowledgment of the document
