Wyoming Durable Financial Power of Attorney Form

The Wyoming durable financial power of attorney form is a legal document completed by a Principal to appoint an Attorney In Fact/Agent to manage the Principal’s entire estate when the Principal is no longer able to make their own decisions due to incapacitation, disability or absence. It’s recommended that the Principal take the time to review the document to be certain that they are aware of the depth of the financial implications involved with this agreement. The document must be witness to be effective. The document may be revoked at any time that the Principal deems necessary.

Step 1 – Parties –

  • Substitute (Successor) Agent (in the event the initial Agent can no longer serve the Principal may choose to select an alternate) Provide:

Step 3 – Signatures – Provide the following:

  • Date of Signatures in mm/dd/yyyy format
  • Principal’s signature
  • AND
  • Witnesses signatures
  • County of execution of the document
  • State

Step 4 – Notarization –

  • The notary shall witness all signatures
  • After witnessing of all signatures, the notary shall complete the document with the required information to acknowledge the document’s contents
