Wyoming Vehicle Power of Attorney Form

The Wyoming vehicle power of attorney form is a document that is utilized by a Principal owner of a vehicle or mobile home, who would like to appoint an Agent to complete any transactions in order to properly transfer ownership of a motor vehicle or mobile home in the absence of the Principal. The powers will terminate once the act has been completed. This document must be completed by the Principal and signed before a notary. The powers may be revoked any time at the Principal’s discretion.

How to Write

Step 1 – The Parties – Enter the following:

  • Principal’s name
  • AND
  • Appointed Agent’s name

Step 2 – Vehicle or Motor Home Information – Submit:

  • Check the box that would indicate the type of vehicle
  • Year
  • Make
  • Body type
  • Title number
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Step 3 – Signatures – Provide the following:

  • Owner’s signature(s)
  • Street address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code

Step 4 – Notarization –

  • The signatures shall be witnessed by a licensed notary
  • All remaining information shall be completed by the notary public to acknowledge the document’s information
