The Florida real estate only power of attorney form is a document whereas a Principal may designate an Agent, individual, attorney, real estate agent, to handle the business with regard to their real property. This particular document allows the Agent a broad range of permission to work with the real property. The Principal should be careful to understand this document prior to completion and signing. This document must be signed before a notary public and two witnesses. The Principal may revoke this document any time they so desire.
How to Write
Step 1 – The Parties – Enter:
- The name of the Principal
- The name of the Agent
- Agent’s relationship to the Principal
- Principal must carefully review the “Real Property” paragraphs
- Enter the Street Address of the Property
- Provide a Legal Description
Step 2 – Notary Acknowledgement – Read the Section “Indemnify third Parties” –
- The Notary will complete the remainder of the form providing their required information and affix the notary seal.
