Idaho Power of Attorney, as described in Title 15, Chapter 12 (Idaho Uniform Power of Attorney Act) permits an individual known as the Principal to choose another person, also known as the Agent or Attorney in Fact, to act in the best interest of the Principal for specified needs. The needs are usually for purpose of medical or monetary needs, but may also be considered for vehicles, temporary guardianship of minor children, or any other type of limited or sprining event.
