Oklahoma Vehicle Power of Attorney Form | |
The Oklahoma vehicle power of attorney form is a legal document that provides indefinite powers to an Agent that is selected by the Principal, who shall carry out powers on behalf of the Principal, in the absence or illness of the Principal; ie: Any matters pertaining to registration, licensing, any transfer of ownership. As well the Agent will have powers to work with the titling of trailers, semi-trailers, any motor vehicle and/or power equipment that is located and purchased or sold in the State of Oklahoma. This would be including, however not limited to, the preparation of any preparation of any and all necessary paperwork required by the State.
This document will require all signatures to be submitted before a licensed Notary Public. The document may be revoked at the Principal’s discretion.
How to Write
Step 1 – Download the Document –
- Enter the name of the Principal (company or individual)
- Enter the name of the appointed Agent
- Enter the signature of the officer or individual
If this power document is authorized to an individual:
- The person must include their date of birth in mm/dd/yyyy format and
- Their Social Security Number
- OR
- If the powers document is in the name of a company include:
- The company Federal ID number
Step 2 – Notarization –
- Once the Notary has witnessed the signatures, the Notary shall acknowledge the document by completing the requires Notary information and affix the official seal, to acknowledge the validity of the document
