Arizona Vehicle Power of Attorney Form | |
The Arizona vehicle power of attorney form is a document that grants power to an attorney in fact/agent of the principal to sign any documents pertaining to the sale or purchase of a motor vehicle in place of the principal. This document is useful if the principal is not available, for whatever reason, to do these tasks themselves ie: if the principal is not in town, is ill or perhaps out of the country, this would be a necessary document for the attorney in fact/agent to have the ability to sign and secure titles and to secure other documents on behalf of the principal.
